Management aplication - eXpresSoft Master

An important step in the use of management control system eXpresSoft Master is the introduction of the data in the system based on legal documents (Notice of slips, bill of supply, return invoice, purchase bordereau) underlying physical inventory of raw material supply . After entering data into the system will automatically issue a Notice of Entry Reception, corresponding legislation.

This feature is represented by a wizard (electronic assistant) to adding products.

The program allows you to make transfers between different administrations. The source  administration is automatically downloading and is charged the destination management. Following the operation data will generate a receiving reception note may be listed.

Allows you to have a clear record of payments made to suppliers. Consumer vouchers are issued when the management want to introduce consumption. Following the operation data, the administration will be discharged automatically and will generated a consumption note.

This module allows you to set selling prices according to price category for sale / terms of sale (POS or invoice) / Currency / cost prices.

Using this module you can apply a logical policy to prices which help you to control ease the prices and margins (additions) practiced. Prices are recorded in lists of prices for both products and for the products purchased and removed from sale.

You can define several types of prices: for sale through invoicing (wholesale), intern prices and list prices (retail). In the price list we can define several categories of sale prices. The application allows monitoring the evolution in time of the price. Sale prices may be either fixed (the selling price is fixed) and variable (which is meant the addition is set to record). Sale price changes can be made automatically at a certain calendar date selected by the user. Change sales prices can be made on the article, subgroups or groups of products.

This module allows viewing the stocks at a given time. Current stocks can be generated both synthetically (quantity and total value of the stock) and analytically  (stock for each product, the amount outstanding and the amount of product).

Synthetic = for each product is given the quantity and cost of each non-itemized cost price (total)

Analytic = for each product is give amount and the cost for each price

This module allows the generation of stock records for a particular product based on selected administration and time. Storage Card provides information on quantitative stock-value products and their flow between different administrations. The fields that make up the chart shows the type of document warehouse through which the flow quantities and their value.

This module allows the generation of balance for a particular product for a specific product category or a certain administration, depending on the selected range. It also allows generating Daily Management Report. With the initial stock balance can be pointed out, entrances, exits and closing stocks for any product.

This module allows you to set minimum and maximum stocks of raw materials and the number of days in which is supply. Stocks can be pointed to each product, each management or individual product category. According to the stocks module settings are distinctly different from current products visually.

This module is used to determine the necessary of the raw materials for the recipes.

Generating inventory allows highlighting the differences between staff stock and stock from the inventory done in the field. With this module you can generate a variety of reports: sheet inventory with or without stock, lists of differences, regulated products.

After recording the actual stock of inventory lists and finding the differences, they can adjust fully, partially or may let non-adjustable. Inventory adjustment is done entirely automatically. Thus, if inventory ups will generate a Notice of Entry Reception inventory shortfalls and if it will generate an assembly list. In this way, the archive can be viewed through any inventory, with the differences recorded at the time.

The introduction of products (goods, finished goods, raw materials, services).

This module consists of four sub-modules with clear functions:

• Production - allows the definition of the menu production separately for each management
• Equivalence classes - allows the definition of equivalence classes for inputs
• Define recipes – allows the definition of  recipes for finished products in the unit
• Relations recipes - allow viewing of the links between finished products and raw materials
  

Allows you to enter an unlimited number of recipes. Material that goes into the recipes are automatically deducted from the management and the user can choose which management will decrease them. You can define equivalence classes, allowing a decrease in product management, even if it does not exist at that time the staff stock. At any time you can find recipes with a specific product.

This module allows you to print barcode labels for products introduced into the system.

This module allows you to define menus sale price depending on the sale categories set in the application.

This module permits the evidence of loyal customers, for  which there may be issued loyalty card. This module functions as a how CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and keeps track of customers and their data (including customer data sheet).

The introduction of raw material losses resulting from the production of finished products.

This module provides over 200 reports that help substantially  the company to  take strategic and tactical decisions. Reports can be personalized and filters available to this module will enable you to access reports daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
