This module will offer you all the necessary information about the reservation you registerd within the application. You you be able to know detailed information about a reservation, such as the contact details of the person who made the reservation, the desired table number and the number of people (adults and children) which will be present or other specifications in case the customer wants a special order.

This module allows operators to connect the program using access cards. Access cards can be inscribed in the code or magnetic stripe of a kind of proximity. Each operator must have its own card, inscribed with a unique code that is recognized by the system. On the card, all shares are registered in the system operator.

The application can be limited to work with the maximum number of sheets (notes / tables) open at once. I mean, if by the application licence certificate there is specified a limited number of 10 simultaneous  transactions and there are 10 sheets / notes open to 10 clients / dining, then for the 11th customer it  can not opened a new bill until it is closed at least one sheet / grade of the 10 previously opened.

In this case, the version does not include the limitations of the number of the operations that are performed simultaneously, so it can be operated an unlimited number of sheets / notes at the same time.

A location can be configured in several different rooms depending on the preferences and organizational form of each company. Schedule for each room can be drawn so as to better resemble the real location in space or tables may be drawn in any manner desired.

In each existing room scheme,  there are used  different colors for  tables, in order  to quickly identify their condition. Thus, free tables are colored in green, yellow colored ones are representing opened tables, while those colored in red are tables for which the bill was printed and the order total value should be encashed  and than should be issued the  tax receipts, which meand  the closing of the table when it becomes green again.

After taking the order, the waiter or bartender will register it into  your system and than the order will be transmitted instantly to the existing departments/sections. Marking represents the process of placing products in the control system and its automatic transmission in specific departments (kitchen / bar / etc) for processing. With full screen display menu, the waiters can quickly identify and mark the products.

This module allows the marking of products respecting each customer\'s exact requirements. Customized orders will not be a problem. Customers have the option to add toppings already prepared, to choose their mode of preparation or simply require a preparation that does not exist in the menu.

This module allows the transfer of the products from a table to another. When a customer moves from one table to another the module offers the possibility to transfer to the destination  table all the products he ordered. The products transfers from a table to another may be partially or completely.

When marking a product, information is entered into the system and  the information related to it are transferred in accordance with the initial system settings. For example, the order of the product "steak" is printed automatically to the kitchen where its production begins, while the order of a salad will be automatically transmitted to the salad section while the order of some drinks will notify the bar where the drinks will be prepared.

There are times when it is necessary the cancellation of an order already submitted. It can performed full or partial void operations for products that have already been sent to sections. To avoid abusing of this facility and not being used for illicit purposes, the cancellation of products is allowed only for operators who have set this right. An operator with no rights of cancellation can not void a product.

The bill has an additional space for information that can be customized both by text (eg name of location) and the image (eg company logo). Also fonts and size can be chosen according to preferences.

Payment can be made ​​using several forms of payment (eg cash, card, meal vouchers, etc.). The system allows changing your form of payment after it was listed.
 

This allows the split of a bill, meaning the bill can be issued individually for each occupant of the table, according to each order of each customer.

This functionality allows re-printing the bill if that is necessary.

After issuing the bill and its encashment, the tax receipt is issued and the table is closed.

Depending on the registered encashed amount, the system calculates the remaining value to be payed by the customer in accordance with customer\'s payment note.

After closing the day, it will be generated a closing day report including the income and the products sold.

Using this feature, marking products can be done using barcodes and barcode readers.

Through this facility, at the final closing of the bill, the application automatically sends a command to open the drawer if it is linked directly to your computer.

Using this feature, the marking of the products is made by weighing. Thus, using a scale connected to the system allows you to mark the amount of product weighed (the amount differs from default quantity).

This module operates as a CRM module (Customer Relationship Management module) and its principal functionality  is the management of the loyalty system. This module keeps a clear record of clients, manages the accumulation of points (if you choose to work with this system of loyalty) and manages the discount cards (of course if you want to use this method for customers retention).

This module manages promotions set in working with the management application eXpresSoft Master. The main feature is providing discounts on predefined time intervals, by product/customer groups/days /salons.

Using this module it is possible to issue invoices directly from eXpresSoft Check. On an invoice you can choose one or several closed bills.

This module has a wide range of customized reports. You get all the tools necessary for real-time data. All reports can be personalized and can be generated for a certain period of time, day or closing of days. They can also be enlarged, scaled and printed. Some of the reports generated by eXpresSoft Check: Waiter/ payment form, Waiter /currencies, Increases / reductions, Receipts / revenue centers, X-Produse/Gestiuni, Closing Day, etc.

Restaurant profile\'s first page is represented by the tables schemes created by using Table Design functionality.

The tables appearance may be as quadrilateral or circles, being visible also the number of the persons for each table.

In order to register a new order for a new table, there should be chosen only a free table which is green

Within the main page of Catering profile, there can be seen on a tabular form the following information about the issued bills: 

• Bill number;
• Opening time of the bill;
• Date and time when the delivery should be made;
• Remaning time to due delivery;
• Client\'s address;
• Client\'s phone;
• Total value of the bill;
• Total reductions or increases when is the case;

Within the main page of Retail and Fast-Food profiles, there can be seen on a tabular form the following information about the issued bills:

•     Bill number;
•     Date and  time for the closing of the bill;
•     The operator who closed the bill;
•     Total sales value/ total encashed value;

Within the main page of Beauty Salon profile, there can be seen on a tabular form the following information about the issued bills:         

•     Bill number;
•     Date and  time for the closing of the bill;
•     The operator who closed the bill;
•     Total sales value/ total encashed value; 

Unlike the other profiles, there are used services instead of products which are grouped on services executors. The profile offers the possibility to register reservations and than to transform directly  the reservations in bills.
