This module allows operators to connect the program using access cards. Access cards can be inscribed in the code or magnetic stripe of a kind of proximity. Each operator must have its own card, inscribed with a unique code that is recognized by the system. On the card, all shares are registered in the system operator. |

The application can be limited to work with the maximum number of sheets (notes / tables) open at once. I mean, if by the application licence certificate there is specified a limited number of 10 simultaneous transactions and there are 10 sheets / notes open to 10 clients / dining, then for the 11 - th customer it can not opened a new bill until it is closed at least one sheet / grade of the 10 previously opened. |

A location can be configured in several different rooms depending on the preferences and organizational form of each company. Schedule for each room can be drawn so as to better resemble the real location in space or tables may be drawn in any manner desired. |

In each existing room scheme, there are used different colors for tables, in order to quickly identify their condition. Thus, free tables are colored in green, yellow colored ones are representing opened tables, while those colored in red are tables for which the bill was printed and the order total value should be encashed and than should be issued the tax receipts, which meand the closing of the table when it becomes green again. |

After taking the order, the waiter or bartender will register it into your system and than the order will be transmitted instantly to the existing departments/sections. Marking represents the process of placing products in the control system and its automatic transmission in specific departments (kitchen / bar / etc) for processing. With full screen display menu, the waiters can quickly identify and mark the products. This module allows the marking of products respecting each customer\'s exact requirements. Customized orders will not be a problem. Customers have the option to add toppings already prepared, to choose their mode of preparation or simply require a preparation that does not exist in the menu. |

This module allows the transfer of the products from a table to another. When a customer moves from one table to another the module offers the possibility to transfer to the destination table all the products he ordered. The products transfers from a table to another may be partially or completely. |

When marking a product, information is entered into the system and it is transmitted according to the initial settings and get where they need. For example: the ordering of a steak is transmitted automatically to the kitchen where its production begins, the order of a salad will be automatically sent to the salad section and also the order of drinks will be transmitted to the bar section where drinks will be ready to be served. |

There are times when it is necessary the cancellation of an order already submitted. It can performed full or partial void operations for products that have already been sent to sections. To avoid abusing of this facility and not being used for illicit purposes, the cancellation of products is allowed only for operators who have set this right. An operator with no rights of cancellation can not void a product.

The bill has an additional space for information that can be customized both by text (eg name of location) and the image (eg company logo). Also fonts and size can be chosen according to preferences. |

Payment can be made using several forms of payment (eg cash, card, meal vouchers, etc.). The system allows changing your form of payment after it was listed. |

This allows the split of a bill, meaning the bill can be issued individually for each occupant of the table, according to each order of each customer. |

After issuing the bill and its encashment, the tax receipt is issued and the table is closed. |
